The electrochemistry days
“Les Journées d’Électrochimie” is a biennial scientific conference organized under the auspices of the electrochemistry subdivision of the Société Chimique de France. This event brings together the electrochemistry community to review and discuss major advances in the field.
This conference is bilingual, and presentations may be delivered in French, the working language of the conference, or in English, at the discretion of the participants.
Electrochemistry is a scientific field that lies at the heart of many societal issues related to energy, health, and the environment. Here are the main topics that will be addressed at this conference:
1- Photo and spectroelectrochemistry
2- Molecular electrochemistry, electrosynthesis, and electrocatalysis
3- Electroanalysis, sensors, and lab-on-a-chip
4- Energy: batteries, supercapacitors, electrolysers, and fuel cells
5- Bioelectrochemistry, biosensors, and biofuel cells
6- Electrochemical engineering: electrolytes, recycling, electrometallurgical processes
7- Corrosion, coatings, and surface treatments
